Vibe: Pretty good mix of bikers and skaters. After speaking with a few locals though I found that the bikers really don't get along with the skaters and vice versa. The person I talked with used the word "hate". The one thing both groups do have in common is disliking rollerbladers. "They're scared to ride here" one skater said.

Skill level: This is not a park for beginners. Lower level intermediate to advanced recommended.

Construction: A lot like most city's first "public" park it is not perfect. Transitions in the bowls and other "vert" areas in the park are far from perfect. The boxes, rails, wedges, and pretty much the rest of the park is built VERY well.

Overall, this is a pretty nice park with a lot of space.
